Mickey and Chris helped my husband and I both sell our home and find a new home to buy. They did an outstanding job. Our old home sold within 3 days of being listed- with 5 offers- and Chris helped us navigate the offers and negotiate the best deal for our situation. She kept in contact with us throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had, and reaching out to the buyer when necessary for more information. We looked at around 15-20 homes with Mickey, and when we decided to make an offer on one, he was able to negotiate with the seller so that it worked out even better for us than we had expected. Because the house was vacant, Mickey was able to get us in to see the place several times, which reinforced our desire to buy. This was my first experience in selling and in buying a home. I feel very happy with the work that Chris and Mickey did, and I feel like I was prepared for every step of the process because of their hard work. Mickey and Chris were our agents when we moved from Kansas City, Missouri to Phoenix, Arizona in 2015. Friends of ours knew them socially and recommended them to us.
